So much depends on this..... even if your a newbie.... scenario ; take two brother both with similar genetics that live with differnet perants Jack and Lee, Jack loves to play computers and dosnt eat much at all except little bits of fast food to gobble down now and then inbetween jerking off, Lee however loves to play sports and his mother always makes large dinners, now put both of them on a weight training routine and make both of their diets perfect and Jack will be the one who makes the fastest gains to HIS body.davidpr21 said:Hi all,
Just intrested to know what sort of time frame was involved before you REALLY started noticing your gains (e.g clearer definition, visable veins etc)
Cheers![]()
what do you mean by new protein?Mags said:Ah, the old days of literally watching your body change as you stared in the mirror at your gym. I think I really looked noticeably different after 6 weeks which wasn't bad going as I was always skinny and ripped. I think I too overtrained at first and only new protein was a big factor in muscle repair, maintenance, growth etc. Only after a year or so, I really started learning about sets, reps ranges, compound, isolation, exercises etc and basically carbs and calories. Have changed alot in four years now, so it is rewarding seeing old photos etc. Got to keep going though and am always learning.
