Im currently trying to gain as much mass as possible, but im having a hard time packing on any weight really. I currently weigh about 140 and im 5'6 with about 13% bodyfat. I want to add as much muscle as possible but without gaining hardly any body fat, or as little as possible. how much bf can i expect to gain while trying to bulk? Any suggestions on how to train or eat to get big but with out much bf gain? Thanks for any help!
