OK guys here's the stats, I'm 62, 5'10" weight 210, 24% body fat and I'm starting a new workout routine with a personal trainer on Tuesday. I'll be lifting three times a week and swimming laps twice a week. Goals are to lose some fat, gain some muscle and strength and improve, stamina and endurance. I'm not looking to compete or kid myself into thinking I will look like a body builder; I'm old!
I'm on 250 TRT per week and want to add a little kick to my system, so I have some Tren coming but have no experience with it. I've been on TRT for 3 years and gone as much as 500 a week for a short time with no problems, so I think I could bump it up if necessary. But from what I've read, some Tren should do that anyway.
I would appreciate any input or recommendations
