I'm trying to cut but I'm having a big problem with it. I'm used to eating a lot of pasta and pop (soda, whatever). I've been struggling to give it up. The last time I REALLY lost a substantial amount of bodyfat was when I worked as a caddy in the hot sun, carrying two bags for 18-27 holes drinking nothing but water. I didn't mind it that summer because I was so busy working I guess. It was so hot I was craving nothing but water. A few days ago I attempted my cutting phase and all I could think about were doughnuts and coca cola. Green vegetables, meat, eggs, peanut butter, etc just weren't enough. Any suggestions for how to curb my carb cravings? I've never in my life experienced an intense craving for doughnuts lol. Does your body adjust after a few days of this sort of diet? Does it get easier?
I guess part of the reason it's a struggle is because I'm not that over weight. I'm about 18 percent bodyfat. I know that I don't look THAT bad and that it's not that big of an issue but it's still something I want to do.
