I usually feel best between 8 and 10 hour sleep, but every once in a while I have a few weeks where I feel amazing on 6.
I once read an article in I think it was the New England journal of medicine, where they said for every hour of sleep you miss, it takes 8 more to recover.
Based on that theory, I'll be recovered from college by the time I'm 50.
Read a study the other day that showed a correlation between regularly getting too much sleep (10-11 hours a night) and earlier death.
6-7 hours seems to do me. If i could get away with less i would. The days just aren't long enough!!
