LAM said:sprints. you can run 8, 200m sprints or about 15 - 100m sprints at 100% effort. do that 3x a week and you will lose a ton of body fat. make sure to warm up (jog) for about 10 minutes before. when finished warm down with a light jog and stretch out those legs for 15-20 minutes
