Guy at the gym today was performing CG bench press for his Triceps, and the bench was on a 30-40 incline.
You guys don't CG on an incline do you? I've been CG benching on a flat bench, is this correct? How would an incline bench target the Tris in a different way, or would it even hit the muscle?
