When I was in high school everyone loved the decline bench, because yes you can bench more on there. Right now though I'm not sure I like it so much, the angle seems a tad severe (almost like dips), I just stick to dips for the most part.
I love dumbells, the barbell stuff feels a bit odd to me now, even though years ago I had no problem on the decline. Really my upper chest needs the work though, so I generally concentrate on that.
my lower chest lacks like a turtle(slow)... maybe today will be a new start for my chest work out... pump that iron in that bitching body part... EYE OF THE TIGER!
