is there a technique to get the last 1 IU in a vial

I find it hard to get the last 1 IU from the vial into the syringe. Not sure if it's actual IU or just perspiration from keeping the vial in the refrigerator. My syringe is 1cc 28 gauge. I guess the needle is too short? I uses HGH.

Yes, upside down, make sure the tip of the needle isn't too far in. I like to put in a little more BAC when I get to the bottom and swirl it around, to be sure I'm getting it all.

I like this one. Does needle size even matter? I have what is labeled as a "short needle" (8 mm). I read somewhere 13 mm would be adequate, but right now I have 100 of these short needles to use.
