I believe that you can only get bad benefits from food when you eat bad foods for a long time. I am considering the short-term effects in someone health now. Is that possible ?

im not sure what you mean, but i can tell you that a bad diet even short term can cause long term health problems i.e heart problems etc....

if anyone has that article on the guy who ate mcdonalds regularly for 30 days, please post the link!

30 days I guess that is too long and he was eating way too many calories.
What I am trying to say is if someone that eats healthy but sometimes eats the most unhealthy food. Like a big, fat, barbecue. Can one meal harm your health? I don´t think so. Everybody agrees with me?

LOL.......

As far as physical health, the ocassional bad food wouldnt hurt. Obviously it would hurt attempts to cut, or to lean bulk... but i dont see how it would negatively impact your actual health.

Sure it does. Depends on the individual -- but, for instance, I am mildly hypoglycemic and sugar-sensitive, so I definitely get short-term bad effects of various kinds from eating concentrated sugars or too many junk carbs.

See movie: Supersize Me

Your overall health should remain pretty good if you eat clean food most of the time and cheat occasioanlly. Think of it this way: there are plenty of people who eat crap all day long and live long fullfilling lives. However, you might get gas, diarrhea, bloating, etc. as a result of eating "bad food."
