I know these pictures are not the best, so I will continue to take better pics. I just snapped these on the phone but I will have a friend of mine take better pictures.

I also took the pictures as I like to call "HEAVY PRE PICTURES". Meaning, I tried to make these pics appear a certain way :). (i.e. forcing stomach out lol).

But hey! My after pictures will appear much better!

If someone can edit these pictures and notes into the above post it would be greatly appreciated.

Tuesday-Delts

Warm up rear delts +10mins
Seated DB Shoulder Press - 4 sets
Standing Side Lateras - 4 sets
Machine Rear Delts -3 sets +1 drop set
DB Standing front raises- 3 sets

Notes: I'm feeling good. The first prop pin felt a little sore but that's it. Tomorrow will be my second prop injection so hopefully it goes well. On a side note, my class schedule for this semester is a bitch so I'm still trying to figure out whens the best time to lift.

Update: 1/18/2012

Just pinned my second pin of 100mg Prop in my delt. Went in really smooth, just hope it doesn't get sore for chest tomorrow ha ha. I will post up more pics in a few weeks just to show everyone the great progress I will be having.

I have back in a hour then 2 classes to attend. TIME TO FUCKING KILL IT BABY!!! NO MERCY!

Wednesday- BACK


Chin/Pull Ups- 4 sets
CG lat pull downs- 4 sets
DB Rows- 3 heavy assssss sets ha ha
Hammer Strength Underhand Machine Rows- 3 sets
Wide Bar cable rows- 3 sets

Total: 17 sets and I was spent at the end of the w/o

Notes: I injected 100mg prop into my delt this morning and now it's starting to hurt. Not really PIP, it's just sore like I worked it out a lot. It should be good for tomorrow because it's chest day baby!

Thursday- CHEST


Flat BB Bench- 5 sets
Incline DB Bench- 4 sets
Cable Flat flys- 4 sets
Dips- 4 sets

Total: 17 sets

Notes: My delt was still really sore from the prop injection so my chest w/o was a little off. But nonetheless, I fucking killed it. On a side note, when I cook up a bunch of food this weekend I'll post some pics.

LEG DAY BABY


I didn't hit legs on friday because I was too busy and I wanted to have enough energy to killlllll legs. I'm going to hit them this morning and I'll give an update later.

I'm actually happy most of you guys think I look bad now :) Remember bodybuilding is an illusion so just be careful what you say. I'll post up some pics here in the next few weeks when things are in full effect and I know for a fact I will shock everyone.

Saturday- LEGS BABY


BB Stiff leg deadlifts- 5 sets
BB ATG Squats- 5 sets
Lying reverse leg curls- 4 sets
Leg Extensions- 4 sets
Seated calve raises- 4 sets

Total: 22 sets

Notes: Killed legs today! Felt like I was going to throw up though ha ha. My glutes are still sore from the prop injections, but no pain no gain/game!
 
Looking good J. Question. How are you dosing the adex and caber. I see EOD but how much.

Adex .5mg-1mg e/d throughout the entire cycle, based accordingly. Caber only with Tren Ace .5mg-1mg e3d, based accordingly. I will also run the caber a few days after I stop the Tren Ace

On a side note, I'm feeling good! I've been getting in my meals and I'm having lots of energy. I know I'm going to kill my w/os this week! LEEEEEEGGOOO!!!

Watching the ravens beat up the silly pats and eating chicken and potatoes. mmmmmm mmmmhh sho am' good lol

I didn't train for 2 weeks last month but that's no biggie. I was on a vacation, christmas, and new years. I promise you I look MUCH MUCH better than the pictures. Just wait a little while longer and you will be shocked when I post pics up. At the end of the thread I'll tell you a few little secrets in the before pics, I'm sure heavy might know a few of them... ha ha

Secrets. Eat a shit ton drink a gallon of water. Get bloated. Water is over 7 lbs for a gallon.
 
I loaded sodium, water and carbs for days before my pre contest pics. I was up maybe 10lbs from eating and drinking junk.

I did something similar but for 5-6 days. Plus a few things like sticking knees oin, slouching back, forcing belly out, etc etc.

But let's stop giving the little things away lol
