ughhh I'm laying in bed starting to sweat. This is not good! I'm trying not to eat any late night carbs so any other suggestions for falling asleep easily and not sweating at night?

What worked for me was flexiril/ambien - but I always ended up waking up at some point in the night

Thursday- CHEST


Incline DB bench press- 5 sets
Incline cable flys- 5 sets
Flat BB bench press- 4 sets
Dips- 3 sets

Total: 17 sets

Notes: Thanks for the input everyone! I will try some of your ideas. As for the workout, I killed it! I was throwing up 120 dbs on incline bench press like if it were my job. I'm getting bigger and not really leaner so I need to change something up. I'm going to try longer cardio sessions and see how that goes. Maybe try to time my carbs better.
Overall, everything is going well. I can't wait to see what these next few weeks bring!
 
btw, I've been noticing I've been getting a little moody. When I was driving in the car today I legit almost hurt some beta kid. Also when I was listing to some gay song that came on the radio it made me emotional? WTF hahah.

I'm only in week 3 so I'm going to wait a little bit to post progress pics. I'm studying for a few exams now, I'll post up my leg training stats shortly.

Yeah, I hit legs and did all the mass building exercises but it wasnt that good of a workout. I was just a little tired from a crazy week but still no excuses! I'm off to kill arms and go to a couple classes.

Can I get an inside scoop on the mass building for legs that you are doing? Always looking for leg routines. Guess I just like being the opposite of most, big legs, moderate upper.

honestly, I attribute my legs to full atg bb squats with lots of sets.

My leg routine will be something like the following:

Warm up leg extensions
ATG BB squats
Lying leg curls
Heavy leg extensions
BB stiff leg deadlifts
Walking lunges
 
going to the gym now to kill it!

I've been following this for a while, your a pretty strong dude, keep up the good work.

DB curls
Skull crushers
Single arm DB preacher curls
V-bar push downs
DB kickbacks
Concentration curls

Notes: I have a econ problem set due here in a few hours, so I'll give an update here soon.
 
time to finish this econ problem set then going to literally KILL delts. Those 100 dbs aint nothin' but a peanut baby ha ha.

Just pinned 1.75ml of oil in my delt so hopefully it doesn't interfere with my workout later tonight.

Tuesday- Delts


DB Side laterals- 5 sets
Machine Shoulder Press- 5 sets
Cable behind the back side laterals- 4 sets
DB front raises- 4 sets
DB shrugs- 4 sets

Total sets for delts: 18

Notes: Yesterday was a quick workout but I killed it. Today is back and I'm going to hit deads/bb rows realllllllllll hard. Time to become a freak!

P.S. My sleep is starting to decline. It usually takes me a good hour to fall a sleep then I wake up about 4 times per night.
