Sorry I've been a little busy but nothing crazy. I just got done with an internship/job interview for a big hedge fund in mia. I also have 4 exams next week so it's been a little hectic ha ha. The interview went really well so I'm happy. I'm going to the gym in a few hours and going to kill it! It's my time baby, leggggoooo!!!! ha ha

wednesday: quads/hams/calves
Leg Extensions (FST-7)- 7 sets
ATG BB Front squats- 6 sets
Stiff leg deadlifts- 4 sets
Lying leg curls- 4 sets
Seated calve extensions- 6 sets
Total: 21 sets for quads/hams
Notes: I felt like hitting legs again so I crushed it today. Was doing sets of 10 with 275 lbs on front squat like nothing.
