Hey everyone, Im 24 6'3 258lbs, just to give you an idea of my body type. My question is what are the effects of pretty much just doing cardio? My diet is pretty good, oatmeal in the morning, some type of fruit and water mid day, chichen breat and brocolli for lunch and a salad for dinner. By 8pm i go for my walk which is about approx 4 miles, and if you live in florida you know it still about 90 degrees outside. I was big into the gym but when my girlfriend had the twins i was unable to hit the gym like I use to with the same intensity so im pretty much stricken to the cardio workouts when she gets home. I do have a somewhat muscular build. What am i looking at muscle wise just doing this much cardio 6 days a week? to be honest the only real weights i get to work with are lifting doodie diapers into the diaper pail..lol...thanks for the help everyone...
