Today. Sorry yesterday was pretty busy for a Friday. My Upper DC session was amazing and my strength is going through the roof right now. My breakfast was a little harder to get down today wasn?t as hungry as yesterday morning. Might have been me getting my last meal in late last night. Have Lower DC today and can?t wait to hit it hard.

Lower Dc went absolutely amazing today. My groin is feeling tons better but still went a tad bit lighter with slower tempo. My legs were pumped for sure. Could hardly walk after leg extensions and calf raises. Here?s what went down.

August 31st 2019 Lower DC

Leg press RP - 18plates 8,6,6

Seated leg curls 170lbs 9,7,6

Standing leg curls 80lbs 10, 8,6

Upper Loading B today. Strength is still going up and feeling like a machine lately! Here is what went down. Personal PR on Incline bench with 315lbs by 8. Funny thing was after the 8th rep and feeling good I dropped the bar pretty hard and one side bounced off and almost got me. Weights on one side slid off and made a shit ton of noise. I was like all good around here nothing to see. LOL

Hey guys quick update. Non training day which was good. Had a busy day at work. Sorry for not posting much today. I will be back it hard tomorrow with Lower Loading B. Meals were pretty much the same today other than the first meal and 3rd meal of the day. First meal added 1 more egg and 1/2 cup more of oatmeal. Added a cup of rice to the 3rd meal of the day. Upper DC went great today. Nothing new but weights are still going up. Here is what went down. Nips have been a little tender lately so I went to 10mg of masin EOD and started Nolvadex at 10mg until it goes away. Seems to be getting better.

Very successful Upper Loading session today. Strength is still going up every week. There is this very annoying guy in the weight room. He is pretty strong for sure but he is yelling all the time. Then he came over and stared at me until I got done using the dumbbells I was using. I finally looked up at him and said you need something. He was like yeah those dumbbells and I said cool and I laid back down and did my next set. LOL, then I set the dumbbells down and walked away. Then he had the nerve to ask me to spot him after that bullshit. I was like Im busy bro and he found some small skinny dude to help him. This dude likes to boss people around because he thinks he is the shit and I just ignore him all the time but it?s getting harder not to say something. Alright enough of that fucker here is what went down.
