BEAST COAST!
Sup bros, well im finally taking the word of 3 people my gym buddies, and my girl friend that my back is not in proportion to the rest of my body

I train my back just as much as any other muscle

My scheduale is as follows

Chest Bicep / Back Traps/ Shoulder Tricep

There are no leg days because my legs are also disproportionately huge to the rest of my body.

My back routine looks something like this

Close grip pull downs

Warm Up Set, Medium Set, Working Set

Bent over one arm rows

Warm Up Set, Medium Set, Working Set

Cable Rows

Warm Up Set, Medium Set, Working Set

Bent Over Bar Rows

Warm Up Set, Medium Set, Working Set,

Deadlifts

Warm Up Set, Medium Set, Working Set.

Wide Grip Pull downs

Warm Up Set Medium Set Working Set

dumbbell shrugs

Warm up set, Medium Set, Working Set, Working Set, Working Set

Barbell Shrugs

Warm Up set, Medium Set, Working Set, Working Set Working Set

People are saying its my upper back that is lacking, even though i feel my lower back is just as bad. Its really starting to bother me.

My thoughts
This routine makes very little sense.
You have this one warm-up/med weight/working set nonsense. I mean your going from doing one varation of row to another, and you need additional warm-up and medium set? That's an unnecessary waste of time and energy.
If you're only doing one working set in a lift, progression is going to suck. You should focus on a chosen lift to get better at. Don't do a single working set DB, BB, and then cable row. Pick one (not cable rows), and do several working sets with it.
Assuming you can't do pull-ups, stick with the lat-pulldowns. Don't worry about the wide-grip or close grip aspect. Better off focusing on overhand/underhand grips (Pronated/Supinated). Do several working sets of both overhand and underhand.
You could cut the shrug work in half.
You should still be training legs, that's an excuse. Start training your lower body and put your deadlifts in there.
You don't say even what your rep ranges.
Do yourself a favor and read some of the stickies. Then design yourself something decent.

idk, it seems complicated

i just do basic compounds, squat, bench, ohp,dl

i might add a lil more variation eventually, but not much

i like things as simple as possible

not a excuse for legs, ive done too much of them over the yearz, i literally want them to shrink

Yes i can do pullups, but i chose not to incorporate them. maybe i should

The other things that your saying makes alot of sense, I came here open minded because when it comes to training back its always been my weak point.

Ill definitely be trying what you suggest

This is what I've been doing the last couple of months and I'm loving back day! I feel like a beast when I'm done.

Deadlift
Wide grip lat pulldown
Db pullover
One arm db row
Lying t bar row
Middle back shrug
Smith machine shrug

the upper back is a large muscle group and generally can handle a higher amount of volume.

try using a neutral grip and use your hands as hooks, focus on trying to touch the elbows together behind the back each rep.

finish off the back with a stretch-muscle movement like some DB pullovers
