Sup bros, well im finally taking the word of 3 people my gym buddies, and my girl friend that my back is not in proportion to the rest of my body
I train my back just as much as any other muscle
My scheduale is as follows
Chest Bicep / Back Traps/ Shoulder Tricep
There are no leg days because my legs are also disproportionately huge to the rest of my body.
My back routine looks something like this
Close grip pull downs
Warm Up Set, Medium Set, Working Set
Bent over one arm rows
Warm Up Set, Medium Set, Working Set
Cable Rows
Warm Up Set, Medium Set, Working Set
Bent Over Bar Rows
Warm Up Set, Medium Set, Working Set,
Deadlifts
Warm Up Set, Medium Set, Working Set.
Wide Grip Pull downs
Warm Up Set Medium Set Working Set
dumbbell shrugs
Warm up set, Medium Set, Working Set, Working Set, Working Set
Barbell Shrugs
Warm Up set, Medium Set, Working Set, Working Set Working Set
People are saying its my upper back that is lacking, even though i feel my lower back is just as bad. Its really starting to bother me.
