This year was the last year i was going to be fat! 5 months ago i started a deit and workout plan. (mma fighting classes) i went from 6'1" 252 pounds to today im 178. I'm at a 10.03 body fat %. But what im thinking is fat on my abs. I think is just small area of lose skin. What is the best way of tighting up that little problem. It doesn't look bad i'm just trying to get the full abs to show.

Well, there is no other way to say this: ABs are made in the kitchen. The rest of this is big abs are also genetic (to a point). You have worked your ass of to get this far, you need to push further and get you body fat even lower for those bad boys to show.

Good luck. My abs just don't look that great when I had them. I'd rather have a little fat personally. I just don't have the genetics. I'd think at 10 percent body fat you'd be able to see them though.

Yeah at 10% I would hope that mine would be popping out like crazy.

Maybe try some weighted crunchs? Heavy?

Read "daredevils", in my sig.

thanks

Thanks for the advice. I'm really trying to get down to around 8% level. I workouts i have been doing havent been with wieghts so i'll try to add some. What weight should i goto? I mean i work abs every other day nothing in the gym. Just at night when i get back from the gym. What are some good workouts at the gym? I mean i have only bee working out and eating right for about 5 months this is all new to me.

Ah. Read the other link in my sig, the one on "getting started".

Seriously.... if you listen to Built, you will do GREAT.

I just started that Daredevils are shredded program, my face was tingling from lack of oxygen after my first workout.
