I noticed with my cutting program that my lower arms (fore arms) and my calvs have pretty much no fat at all and I can se the muscles move when I move my hand or whatever. My face and neck have lost weight too.
Then my thighs and bicep area has more fat but not a ton and my uperbody and torso have the most.
Does this sound right? I know that different areas of the body lose at different speeds but is this how it works for most ppl?
