ive been diagnosed with a t8-t9 disc herniation recently, as such im not lifting any more, i want to give it the best chance of healing, pain started nov 2012 and i continued to lift (i didn't know what the injury was at that time) it didn't improve. I've now not been lifting for probably 2 months, injury has started to improve (it's clearly not fixed) the issue is im pissing off body weight, im naturally very lean small bone structure i think ive lost a stone since november! (not all of this is muscle but still ive clearly lost some) any advice??
