I have heard conflicting reports on the maximum amount of protein your body can use at one sitting. Some say 30grams is the max and anything above that just gets flushed down the toilet. Others say there is no max.<IMG SRC="http://www.contrabandent.com/pez/otn/confused/bluThinking.gif" border=0>
I just bought Meso-tech meal replacement and it has 52grams of protein in one serving, but I don't want to waste it if I can't digest more than 30grams.
What do you think?
BTW all the proteins, meal replacements, and mass gainers I have tried taste like Sh*t!! Any suggestions?
