Hey guys 
Yeah, fruits are not as bad as some people make them, at least not for me. It helps me feel satisfied when eating healthy and if I can have my fruit I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. During my leanest times I've always eaten quite a bit of fruit, it was when I started getting obsessive that I started gaining weight. When I started focusing so much on going low carb and getting macros down to perfect %. Doesn't work for me
Might work for some people, but not for me
I'm doing my own thing and that is what works for me
The only thing I feel need to pay attention to right now is eating enough and not going too low on the cals.
