Looking to add to the Ipod... Any good lifting music on Itunes??? Looking for some good hard stuff to get pumped up too..

all those are good..i like to listen to hard drum and bass...like dieselboy, andy c, or ak1200...keeps me motivated

I refuse to pay for media. Maybe its not your thing but it saddens me to see people shelling out money for something they can have for free.

metallica, megadeth, slayer, zombie, slipknot, pantera, hell yeah, fear factory, dio, thats just what i can think of thats in my mp3 player

All of these bands are really fucking awesome.

if your concentrating on the song playing, i imagine your lifting isnt full out, and form is terrible. concentrate on the intensity of the movement, not the music..

REALLY?????? How in the heck do you come to this conclusion???? No one said they are "concentrating" on their music!!!! If you are one of the VERY FEW that dont listen to music when you lift then good for you. Dont be a DICK to the majority of guys that do.. Lighten up FRANCES!!!!:jerkit:
 
nonpoint,disturbed,hollywood undead,creed *sometimes*,eveanescence,godsmack,chevelle, and listening to music and "concentrating" on it helps with all my lifts, case in point the other day my mp3 player died and I had to listen to the music the gym was playing, and it just took the aggression right out of me

i have the good shit on my mp3 like mentioned above but check out clutch come on mother fucker gets me so pumped 2 more sets easily
