How's the cardio going?

Have you considered doing a water manipulation / carb up at the end?

Cardio is going well. The tren is slowing me down a little, but being a former college athlete, I can still kill it. I did 6 sessions last week.:winkfinger:

I've definitely noticed a decrease in fat especially in my abdominals. I texted a picture of my abs to my wife because she was having a bad day, and she ate it up. She kept texting me....well, things I won't repeat here.

Anyway, everything is going very smoothly. The ED pins are starting to get a bit annoying especially with the peptides I have to pin 3x/day. The end will certainly justify the means, however. IT will be odd when I am only pinning once a week on my cruise.

The diet is a bit rough at times due to the extra hunger that the T3 brings on. I remedy this by chugging H2O and chewing gum. Both of which work very well. Seeing the fat melting off makes everything worth it, and you better believe that I am going to finish this push.

Hell, there is even a show in May...if I look good enough, who knows...I may take the stage.:winkfinger:
 
GMO you can get some chia seeds and chew on them *then* drink some some h20 and will fight off hunger.

I have been having some MAJOR drama at the crib. Nevertheless I am sill killing it. Training has been my best friend since I was thirteen, and there ain't nothing that's going to stop me from crushing the weights.

The drama is pretty serious, so all those who believe in prayer...please throw some my way.

I'll tell you right now what is the hardest thing about cutting. It isn't the hunger, the extra cardio or watching your fam eat a pizza while your eating tuna fish and spinach. For a person like me it is losing the weight. I realize, due to the anabolics and diet, that it is mostly fat, but it still messes with my mind.

Thank God for the mirror, where I can see the striations in my pecs and shoulders and definition in my abdominals. I do look much better than I did just a couple of weeks ago, and that my brothers is what truly matters. It is not about how much I weigh anymore, but rather how I look.

Oh, and there is always that realization that I have plenty of test/deca and anadrol tucked away for my next bulk.:wacko:
 
Your next bulk will be epic! I feel you on cutting, got on the scale today, 258.2 pounds. That's down 60 pounds almost, fuck. My wife says I look awesome, I think I look small. My t shirts are all to big, pants are loose. Really fucks with my brain.
 
You ever drink the Winny if it's H2O? I heard someone said you could but don't do it. Have you ever tried it and if so what were the results.

Sure, you can drink it. I always found pinning it to be more effective though.
