I've seen pics of GMO, no homo. He is a pretty big boy and quite lean. There is really no reason he needs to get down to 6% but I'm sure he will look awesome. I applaud the effort.

Alright, so I officially started this push...T3 finally came in and halo should be arriving within the next couple days. Everything else is in play...

I can already see fat loss around my midsection probably due to the Var I have been running for the past month and the ridiculous HIIT cardio sessions.

I am going to try and hit up the local U's hydrostatic tank this weekend to get a starting point, but I have a lot of shit to do, so calipers may have to do.:geewhiz:

GMO, do you notice an increase in irritability, or a change in emotional state of mind as the cut goes on?

Alright, for the last three days I have been running some T3 that was giving me some serious sides. Anxiety, flu-like symptoms and general malaise. After speaking with XYZ, he seemed to believe my t3 was bad. I opened a new pack this AM, and so far I have zero symptoms. Not sure if I had some mislabled clen or what, but that's kinda what the symptoms reminded me of. At any rate, it appears this other batch is fine...

I have noticed a reduction in my waistline (one belt loop) and can see more definition in my abdominals. My WO's are fucking intense and I am loving it.

I haven't had any irritability, but have been fatigued at times due to the glycogen depletion. Today is my re-feed and am looking forward to smashing some waffles and bagels...

I am staying off the scale as it is a mind f**k and trying to go by how I look and how clothes fit.
 
Good work bro! 6% is a lofty goal!! I dont think i got there for my comp. The lathargy of carb depletion made everything a chore and i wasnt fun to be around lol!! Keep your game face on and kill it brother!!
 
good luck... it killed me to get from 7% to 5.5% for my natty show
 
Following along GMO, if anybody can do this it is you my friend. You've proven time and time again that once you set your mind to something that you make it happen.
 
Definitely feeling the lethargy of glycogen depletion. Top it all off some jackass brought in homemade white chocolate macadamian cookies, which are my favorite. I am staying as far away from the break room as possible. I've been trying to find out who it was so I could give them a hard time, but no one will fess up.:shooter:

Other than that, my results have been great. I have a great deal more definition in my abs than just a week ago and my belts keep getting looser and looser. I am refusing to get on a scale at this point b/c I know I have lost weight, and I may back out of this cut if I see my weight too low. Yes, I know...I have issues.

Couldn't make it to the local U...calipers have me at 8%, but they are usually a bit low...I am probably closer to 9%.

This is the way to go about it in my opinion, good for you. Their are far too many variables to consider in regards to what the scale states. You could be holding water, bowel or numerous other things.

The mirror never lies nor do the clothes you wear.

You're on the right track, and I understand if you threw in the towel. The end is VERY difficult and the low carbs, cardio, making of food and the overall loss of everything "fun" in life is difficult to do day after day, week after week.

Good luck in either path you choose, if it were easy everyone would be 5-6% BF and jacked.

Thanks brother...I am pretty determined to make it. Hell, even if I was at a solid 7%, I wouldn't complain. Either way, I am going to continue this push. And once gain, thank you for all of your help. You have been instrumental in getting me prepped for this.:winkfinger:
