I entered the forum a month ago. I've been following Built's advice and already lost 6 pounds and feel great.
I want to point why I think we all respect Built's opinion so much:
1- She's not some sort of genetic freak who can eat potato chips all day and look great. She's been fat most of her life, she did her homework and set an example for all of us.
2- She shares information and gives advice just for the joy of it
3- She doesn't give you a "plan", she shows you the tools to set your own
4- She's done good scientific research. I'm a physician and so far I can say she's 100% bullshit free.
So thanks, and keep it coming!
