Hey Guys I am cutting as much as I can trying to lose as much BF% as humanly possible in the time that I have. I go on vacation Feb 20th
My diet right now is ::
Omelette
Protein Shake - 200 cals (2 scoops) mixed with water always
Chicken breast \ brown Rice (half cup of rice)
Protein Shake - 200 cals (2 scoops)
Chicken breast \ brown Rice (half cup of rice)
Protein Shake - 200 cals (2 scoops)
I mix in veggies to snack on and also just a small handful of almonds
Thats all I am currently eating. I am also taking fish oil twice a day a large amount and also 2 multivitamins. If I get super hungry somewhere I might have a bowl of oatmeal but right now this is just what I am sticking to for 2 months. For the last month I plan to remove my carbs completely. Also note sometimes I substitute the chicken breast for a can of tuna.
Wondering what you guys think or if you have any suggestions. I have done this in the past before with success however just wondering if you guys have some ideas or pointers so I can "cut" even more. I workout fairly often once in the morning and once in the evening. Usually my first or second workout though will be pretty mild with some running/bike/stretching working. Other workout usually is weight training.
I have some fats in there as well as enough protein to keep the muscle but to get my bf % as much as possible what would you guys recommend
Im 24 , 165 lbs not sure what my current bf% is though
Any help is appreciated guys
