Hey everyone, I need help coming up with a new game plan on getting more lean. I track my food each day on fitday and eat roughly 2100 calories per day. I train 3-4 per week with 30 minutes cardio after my work outs. Ive also started taking Fusions Sub Q fat burner.(a friend recommended it to me, he had awsome results). Im currently 183 pounds at 15% body fat and would like to get down to about 10% with in the next few months.
Should I be doing more cardio to lower my body fat % or increasing the amount of times I work out per week?
