Need help getting more lean.

Hey everyone, I need help coming up with a new game plan on getting more lean. I track my food each day on fitday and eat roughly 2100 calories per day. I train 3-4 per week with 30 minutes cardio after my work outs. Ive also started taking Fusions Sub Q fat burner.(a friend recommended it to me, he had awsome results). Im currently 183 pounds at 15% body fat and would like to get down to about 10% with in the next few months.

Should I be doing more cardio to lower my body fat % or increasing the amount of times I work out per week?

How fast are you losing and how much have you lost so far - how long have you been dieting?

Describe how you are currently training, and what macros are you running?
 
Lately I haven't been losing much at all really. Ive lost 64 pounds since last December. Ive been dieting off and on since that period. I currently train 3-4 times a week.

Here's a little break down of my training routine.


1-Chest/tri's
2-Back/Bi's/Shoulders
3-Legs/Ab's

all with 30 minutes of cardio following the workouts.

im currently eating 2000 calories a day/180g of protein and about 75g's of fat. Hope this helps.
