i am cursed with small bones especially my chicken legs. i was wondering if there was a quick effective workout that will bulk up my legs, especailly in the lower regions like the ankles and calves. i think my wrist and forearms are actually bigger then my ankles and calves which make me look disgustingly unporportional. any help would greatly be appreciated.
