my abs use to be ok before, now that i started using amino acids my love handles and abs got big its like i added 20 pounds of fat to my abs lol, i use to weigh around 207 now i weigh 228.
In 1 month of using amino acid i gained like 21 pounds of gut lol where did i go wrong? :(

i'm scared to drink protein shakes now with this problem.

21 lbs of fat in 1 month....:hmmm:
Start off by posting your daily diet and workout program.

Good call.

Seriously, 21 lbs from amino acids? What do you do, sprinkle them on a bowl of shortening and corn syrup?

lol the only problem i would have with my diet is at lunch time at work eating a pizza and drinking soda here and there but at home i eat good.
i know pizza and soda can do it to you but i never had a problem before with my weight maybe my Metabolism isn't the same anymore. i wonder if the problem was from taking amino acids and drinking to many muscle milk drinks. i stopped the pills and the protien shakes, and the garbage i use to eat at work. its been 2 weeks now. And i'm starting to loose some weight now i lost alrdy 6 pounds.

You really should post your diet....fitday it & also your workout.

It's not possible to get macro number's from what ever diet you have posted.

Don't jump to conclusion's, metabolism you say? We say diet & workout!

Too many musclemilk drinks will make you fat and weak! Eat REAL protein- chicken breast, turkey breast, egg whites (w/ a few yolks), snack on almonds (heatlhy fats), or raw nuts at work, salmon (combo of healthy fats and high in protein) is a good dinner with plenty of veggies- spinach, broccoli, asparagus, etc.

Balanced diet, with caloric deficit while lifting heavy weights will get you were you need to go- diet is the most important aspect though. Post your numbers either here or on fitday.com.
Protein should be up to at least 1g/lb of body weight.
