needing help on what to use for my first cutting cycle

ok so i want to do my first cutting cycle. before i get all kind of silly remarks and all. i have done many bulking cycles. now im looking to cut for the summer. i have talked to many and they vary on a few things. so im just wondering if people can tell me whats the best stuff they used for cutting. im thinking of going with test p along with anavar and then throwing in some masteron. i know how to diet and am going to go 5 days of no carbs and 2 days of free eating. thanks for the help
 
Bro's here are gonna need age, past cycles, bf, height for advice.

yeah imosted thought of that after i posted why im back now done the standard deca,d and test e. im 39 with 18%bf im 5' 7 and just finished off another bulking cycle. i weigh 213 just went from 195 to 213. also i dont run my bulking cycles for the full 12 like others. i go 5 to 6 from the guy who trained me. this way i still make great gains and are off of them for less time. also gives u less side affects and all. think i gave all the info people will need.
 
Lose more BF before you start cutting.

I know that you say that you have done many cycles prior to this. If so, I think you'll agree that you need to lose BF.

You clearly stated that you are 18% bf. Now you say that you are 12%. Which is it?

If you knew people were going to tell you to lose weight, why did you post asking the question?

I've noticed that a lot of people just want to be told what they want to hear.

Ideally, you want to be down to 10-12% BF before jumping on cycle. That is why everyone is telling you to diet. If you want some additional help with fat burn, look into an ECA stack. If you are disciplined enough, it will happen quicker than you think.
 
Huge difference between 18% and 12% for sure. 10% your abs will be visible. I know....I use to compete. 4% is very cut and competition ready.
 
Just run your cycle man....see what happens....keep a log
 
Well Marcus, lets look at it like this. You stated that you prefer shorter 6-8 week cycles (and for good reasons).

This simply isn't enough time to get cut at 18%... not to mention the effects and advantages of starting leaner as others have mentioned.

If you are 12% then that is another story. But still, getting cut up is a time game... If you really want the results to pay off and show all your hard work, you should do yourself a favor and wait until your a hard 10%.... With that said:

100mg Prop Daily for 8 weeks
30mg Dbol Daily for 6
AI daily to keep the water down (I am seeing terrific results from 12.5mg Aromasin ED)

Now watch the responses to my suggestion of Dbol in a cutting cycle...
 
it was an honest mistake sorry for quoting wrong and all. i know i still have to diet like i said in first post. already can start to see my abs. see i thought if i stacked deca like some have told me that it would hold on to much water. was thinking about adding turnaplex instead of dbol. only reason is i find when i ran it in stacks before it gives me more of a harder solid pump. i know it takes longer to kick in.
 
One word-DIET.

This is the most important piece of advice in this thread.

You say you're going to go no carb for 5 days and then free eating for the weekends, OK but I thought you've only done bulking cycles are you sure this is going to work? I have yet to hear anyone who can get away with a diet like that and shred down to single digits, maybe you have great genetics, but at 39 it's unlikely. As we age it becomes harder to shred down.

You can get away with cutting on test and only test. The idea of using AAS while in a caloric deficit is to help preserve LBM while taking in less than maintenance calories.

IF you're diet isn't spot on you're not going to lose weight period. Post up your proposed diet.

Why not? It's fine. Most people don't understand that it doesn't matter what type of gear you use to cut on, it all comes down to one thing, diet.
 
I found that eq and tren-a cuts the shit out of me. If you dont have a good diet and throw cardio in your routine you can forget it. Save your money and run your ass off.
Might want to think about some pct if you are done with the test. Dont need to get bitch tits at 18% BF.

I'd get the ball rolling on the diet before starting the cycle. You'll have a lot of aromatization going on at 18% body fat.
