Ill agree on that. Although I dont think Pizza is terribly unhealthy. I like eating pizza after my workouts. Its a quality source of calories, which is exacly what I need Post workout along with my protein shake. :)

That saturated fat, and grease is perfect post workout.

When I woke up this morning I had 3 heaping sloppy joe sandwiches, then ate the rest in the bowl, my first break at work I had close to 2lbs of sloppy joe, then on my next break I had a little chocolate cream pie, then when I got home I had a bowl of just right cereal and a freezer burned burrito. The only reason I didn't eat more was because I didn't see anything I liked in the vending machines at work. I have been known to literally eat over 3lbs of food at work alone, not to mention if I eat before and after work. This is a fairly normal day. Tomorrow I will see about getting some more fresh burritos at the store and some whey protein. And this is all normal for me, this is the first day I lifted and all I did was 30 pushups and a few sets on the bowflex.

I see your pretty skinny.. whats your bf% at? Eating like that will get you no where.
 
I am always starving after training, even if i've eaten a bucket-load of grub beforehand.
 
I'm just curious...do you fellas work typical 9 to 5 jobs, etc? Self-employed? My main obstacle to taking in the calories I would like to is work and time. It seems impossible (difficult anyways) to make that much food, bring it to work in portions, and have time to eat it during the day. I dunno, maybe it's just me. Making breakfast lunch and dinner is hard enough for me each night, but to then have to add in large meals in between... :(

how do you do it?
 
I'm at a high school, so i'm only 7-2:30.

I eat a big breakfast before i go in. another mean around 9. I eat a big school lunch around 1130, and at 230 when i get home i eat another meal.

I agree it can get overwhelming, but thats what whey is for...

I guess i am the odd man here. After my wo, no matter how heavy and i could be panting on the way out of the gym, i dont feel hungry after my pwo shake. There are some days i could easily hop into bed, but i dont coz i still have meal#4 and #5 to go. As well there are mornings i could skip breakfast and survive the day without the urge to eat my colleagues in the office. :shrug:

why me... why me... :sob:
 
bulking should be fun! its much easier to hit 5000 cals/day when youre eating whatever, whenever anyway. you can always take off the fat later :thumb:
 
How bouts i dont have a diet HAHAHA i eat wot i want :thumb:

My diet is up there, and I am going to make a project tonight to count out exactly my statistics diet wise for the day, but it also boggles my mind.

I have a desk job. Sooo... I can sit here all day long, just eating. Life is grand :D

I find that my maintenance cals are lower(3500) but to get anywhere, I have to eat a shit ton. Plus I want to be huge, so this is a start.
 
Try consuming about .5 - 1 letres of water after your workout. Thirst can be misinterpreted by the brain as hunger, especially if it happens quickly (i.e. during your workout). That should satisfy most of that "hunger".

Honestly, i eat more than anyone i've ever met. I just have a supermetabolism.

And this started WAY before BB. it started as a kid. My friends parents used to love having me sleep over and/or eat over cuz i ate and loved all their food, no matter what it was.

see, that's the thing.

For example, let's take tonite. right after my wo, i drink my pwo shake. on the carride home, i drink 1 litre of water. i get home, shower, and start making dinner.

right now, i'm eating a heaping plate of spaghetti. If i had to guess, i'd say 1/2-3/4 of a lb, plus 4 pieces of toasted italian bread. As i'm eating, i'm drinking a shitload of water. When i finish this, i'm about to devour some buffalo wings.

Don't think water does much...

Heck, i dont think i could hold as many cals as you do even if i filled up my pockets!! :laugh:

I am happy with my snail-paced metab... less food to prepare, less food to eat.. more money in my wallet!! :D
 
Do you guys force feed...cause man, I'm full after I drink a shake!
