The only reason I didn't eat more was because I didn't see anything I liked in the vending machines at work. I have been known to literally eat over 3lbs of food at work alone, not to mention if I eat before and after work. This is a fairly normal day. Tomorrow I will see about getting some more fresh burritos at the store and some whey protein. And this is all normal for me, this is the first day I lifted and all I did was 30 pushups and a few sets on the bowflex.

Machher said:Try consuming about .5 - 1 letres of water after your workout. Thirst can be misinterpreted by the brain as hunger, especially if it happens quickly (i.e. during your workout). That should satisfy most of that "hunger".
