I literally CAN'T stop eating after i train.

I ate a roast beef sandy, apple and protein shake @ 3:00. trained from 5:30-7:30, ate a 69g protein shake w/cran @7:30, then started eating dinner at like 8:15.

I ate hamburger with cheese on it. I ate 2 steaks. I ate broccoli and peas. Now i'm on my first heaping bowl of Cinnamon toast crunch with skim milk, soon to be on my 2nd. WTF???

Granted i did legs, i havent eaten in a few hours, and i eat more than anyone i've ever met. but GODDAM, i CANT stop eating.

52 gram protein shake immediately upon completing my workout. Ate dinner an hour later which included three big chicken breasts, two cups of brown rice, a tomato, carrots. Then I was still hungry and I ate a bowl of fiber one cereal, and now in about twenty minutes Im going to have my cottage cheese and milk.

I have a very similar.. gift.

pfft.. I am eating 5100-5600 CLEAN cals a day. If I drank milk, and ate cereal, I would be way the fuck up there.

I have posted my daily routine throughout the school week once or twice before but I eat like a madman, or atleast I tend to think so aswell.

Let me try to grab that thread, and then let me see what you think I could add.

Fuq eating clean. If your gonna splure, SPLURGE.

Yesterday I ate 4 cookies, 3 hamburgers w/ cheese and lettuce, 2 bowls of french fries with a cup of cottage cheese and a pint of skim milk, with a bowl of wheat thins.

This is for dinner.

Meal #1: Shake, 56 grams.
Meal #2: Nat. PB sandwich, 25 grams.
Meal #3: Turkey sandwhich, Three skim milks, 70 grams.
Meal #4: Can of tuna fish, Two tbsp. of PB, 65 grams
WORKOUT
PW Shake: Whey w/ water, 50 grams.

DEF not enough carbs, bro. you gotta add more carbs to grow...

3. Roast beef or turkey w/cheese and mayo on wheat, soup w/crackers and bread, 2 cups ff cottage cheese w/mixed fruit. 2 cups skim milk.

4. Roast beef sandy w/cheese on wheat, apple, shake (water w/23g whey)

6. ANYTHING i can get my hands on w/ a lot of protein and carbs (ie. see tonite's dinner in first post)

I wouldn't touch either unless it was a cheat meal.

Well Flex, you seem to base alot of your meals around protein shakes. I have my protein shake in the morning with one eggbeater egg, oats, ovaltine, milk, banana, and powder.

I wish I could add to my morning meal, but the shake is just real convenient.

What happened to the importance of dieting correctly?

:hmmm:

10 fish caps per day? The bottle suggests three. You already know I am a fool regarding this stuff, but prove to me why taking 10 would be more beneficial than taking the recommended 3?

A calorie is a calorie. Dont let all these nutritionists fool you. YES you want to eat foods lower in the GI catagory, but dwelling over it is nothing but harmful. I eat a cheat meal every day with an average metabolism and I am still at 10-12 percent bf.

Dont obsess.

A calorie is not a calorie. There are different calories, some of which are empty or higher quality. A calorie from sugar is not the same as one from protein.

Jodi has me taking 10 a day.. and they are the 'super' ones(more potent). So if I was using regular caps, I would be in excess of 15-20. You are quite a bit smaller than me, so you might not need as much.

While I will admit that different carbs will be digested at different rates and handled differently by insulin, a caloire is still just that. A calorie.

Excellent. I must have skimmed over that article by mistake. I normally take three, I think I will up my intake starting tommorow from three to six, and then the following week from six to eight.

Ok, your right. But you cant just look at calories.. you have to look at the bigger picture. You dont want all your cals from donuts or candy, because they offer nothing. The main thing is, you should be eating BALANCED meals for a balanced diet. IMO if you want quality mass, then you should eat quality foods. Not pizza and shit every day.
