What is the best stack for adding lean muscle mass and or fat loss that can be taken orally? is anavar any good??
 
Nope. You have to pin for the "best" stack. Orals only are harder on our bodies and that's why we tend to avoid them as much as we can. And var is not a good candidate for a mass cycle.

for me the best oral stack is chicken breast and yams, maybe kickstart with some asparagus.
 
Chevys got a point. I only partook in orals after I did a LOT of homework. I didnt and wont fuck around. You have one liver. It has to last you a lifetime. Show me the required proof of your age and your diet and I will give you all of the information that I have,. But take the time to see if everything else in check FIRST. From the sound of your initial post, you sound just slightly green, and dont have much if any knowledge of wat you're asking.
 
hello this is Bare,

i am a first timer here. in reading some posts i found that most people want some info before giving advice.

i have been lifting for 25 + years and have a Health and PE degree. my employment has me living onsite as a manager so i do not have much time to workout, but i do try and get in whole body once per week and do 4-6 sets per bodypart. i do at least 40 minutes of cardio 3-4 times per week. our meals are included in our employment, but i still try to eat farily clean ( eggs, chicken, rice, wheat bread, etc ) and avoid the dessert cart at each meal. i currently spend about 50-60 bucks per month in supps, that may or may not work. ( no-explode, syntha 6, tribulus, creatine.... which i do believe works. ) i would like to use that money to try some products that have been proven to work. i am 6'6'', 232lbs, and sadly around 22% BF. after all these years i know i will never be some monster,( although that would be great ) and i do not want to do any injections. i was just hoping for some advice from some truly knowledgable people who are not trying to sell their product that may or may not work. of course most lifters would like more muscle and less fat, so that is my goal as well. any help would be greatly appreciated !! : )

At 22% bf, I'd say take a look at your diet first. Perhaps some tweaks can make a difference to the overall picture.
Start a thread and ask questions about your diet. I'd be happy to help.

basically a lot of fish, plants and birds. 2kcal 2 shakes. 4 day split. hiit card. ready to think about next level. don't know bf% but probably intermediate lifter with 10-15% bf and slower metabolism.

How much do you weigh?
How long have you been training?

All are possible and I would wager that one would more likely see these sides if taking the oral only route. Trick is to learn how to combat those sides and keep your gains.

my point exactly. If anything you NEED to have a cycle support system. You have to to protect those organs. I will say that the media has overemphasized the sides that can accompany aas. It's with risks, but you need to do the homework if you are certain you want to do this.
 
So how does someone learn to do aas? What is the safest way do take them? how does one choose a stack?
 
maybe you start by answering the stats questions you have been presented with.

considering this option heavily - hence this thread. about 5'6' and after about 4yrs on a 4 day still just barely a lightweight... somedays not. diet isn't perfect but as clean as possible for me.

keylan you're obviously short on ideas and shorter on intelligence. AAS is NOT for kids who think it will fix all be all.
Be a little more definitive in your answers.
 
My friend was asking about them, I told him I'd ask questions for him though before I suggested anything he should use.

That would be a good stack. If you're 19 you have no business taking AAS. IMO.

My biggest problem with all of your posting, aside from the fact that you seem to be giving out terrible advice is that you waste time, and people end up responding to you instead of giving advice to people who need it, and will listen to the adivce they are given. As you fit neither of these categories, and have no business taking AAS at your age, please stay out of the Anabolic Zone, or at least stop posting and read more. I'm sure you mean well but you are becoming a nusiance.
