Hi guys i have been lifting for about a year and a half i have 15 1/2 i weigh 157.. i play baseball..i was the only freshman this year on varsity.. i also play travel baseball.. my goal by next school season is to gain at least 15 pounds of lean muscle.. the reason i came to this website was for some professional help on getting stronger and gaining weight..The current supps.. i take are procomplex protein powder..flaxseed oil.. mens multi vitm. amino acid pills.. and have took creatine before but ran out!
