I normally have a bowl of old fashioned oats every morning (microwaved with milk). Later in the day as a mid-day snack I have a lite yogurt with about 5 tablespoons of oats mixed in. Because of the carbs should I be avoiding any more oats later in the day/evening? I've been trying to stay away from them later in the day but not sure if this is necessary or not. How about bread products such as wheat bread etc..?
