One of the toughest workouts I have done

Warm up: 1 mile run, 30 pull ups, 50 situps, 30 hands off deck push-ups.
Workout:
245 pounds
5 deadlifts and 5 burpees=1 set. time how long it takes to get 10 sets. Took me 9 minutes and threw up immediately after
 
Crossfit is functional strength guys... Come on. You'll never get jerked and tan doing your sissy bodybuilding workouts.

I'd be ashamed of 9 minutes. That weight for deads is warm up weight at best.

And what's with the naming of workouts? Jan, Steve, dikembe, heywood jablome? Wtf?

Toughest workout ever = trying to finish when running deca.
