yes sir high school all day. and i always wear sweat pants and u better fucking beleive i walk my ass up to the front of the room and i solve the shit out of that problem
 
I think Heavyiron has been around, he knows some things. It takes years of training, diet, aas, genetics, and rest to finally get way ahead in this game of getting huge and lean. Lots of young guys on aas look like water fat bombs with no muscle. They have no clue what eating clean truely is. Everything takes TIME. Only a very few have true desire. They think if their taking the drugs they will look like jay cutler!!! It takes so much dedication to every aspect, and if your genetics are not for this sport, just be even more focused on truely the cleanest diet and eating times. Everyone should learn more about nutrition. I have seen so many guys think they are eating clean, when in fact their eating completly wrong so badly and they all look like fat water balls, or skinny lean guys. Most will think their huge but only water and fat, or their skinny as a toothpick but ripped to the bone. Either way their not huge and lean. Sorry to say but most guys have shitty genetics. they just cant build muscle no matter what, funny thing is they think their huge freaks just cause they gain wait. Yeah, in my twenties I took tons of gear thinking I'll look like Lee Haney, but I just looked like pure shit and bp through the roof. In my 30s I got much more devolopement and learning how to train and eat the right way was the key. Now Im in my 40s and am actually at my best. I know the time comes soon where I won't be able to get bigger true muscle, but I can definitely keep all that I have for a decade or two!!! This is why I'm pissed cause if I knew what I know now back when I was 19, well I guess everything happens for a reason. Im a husband with good kids and thats truely my biggest blessings. Have fun kids. Ben, Ive seen the pics you post of you, and you are just starting this ride at the least. You are smart at talking stuff though. I think youre a good guy and perfect for the position you have on this forum.

Heavy said it best when he says guys spend so much money on drugs but not 1 cent on a nutrition coach. Seems obvious that gains are diet, training, rest, drugs.

part of it depends on who is asking the question. Most people don't deserve an honest answer as they are going to use it to either make excuses for why they suck or blabber to everyone they know what you're doing which is downright dangerous.

95% of the time I attribute my gains to training, rest, and diet, and let them speculate about the rest. I don't even talk to other guys who I suspect are using about it...there's just kind of an unspoken acknowledgement.

So yeah, I will continue to chalk it all up to diet until the law changes.
 
well steroids increase protein synthesis, making more use of your diet!!! Drugs are probably 65- 75 percent of the gains
 
There is no protein synthesis if ur diet sucks. No where close to 65%. Muscles don't just build themselves on AAS. I'd say 50 diet, 25 training, 25 drugs is about right.

I think drugs are more than 10% of the equation, but if you dont lift hard, eat right, it equals no results. There are guys at my gym that take 1500 mgs and weigh 170 lbs. So there is no way its all drugs.
 
It depends on what kind of cardio you're doing. I have no problem walking/jogging on a treadmill for an hour or two. But hard running kills me :pissed:

. . . I cant run for shite, but I dont mind inclined walking on a treadmill or a X-trainer with some decent tunes. . . . fucking is also acceptable cardio ;)
 
drugs are 75 percent if everything is done the way it should be. proper diet wont yield results like being on the juice with the same diet. you can workut naturally for a year and wont have the results of a 12 week cycle. say what you want but thats the truth. go ahead and prove me wrong
 
I think ranking is always a little biased. If you have great genetics, you probably won't put genetics very high on the list, and will give more credit to your training or diet. I personally think genetics are the biggest part. I mean just look at the difference between people.

Interesting words Captn' -

When I bang my wife, I have to shower whether the session lasted a measly 5 minutes or 45 minutes. I sweat profusely immediately when effing and I have to have a towel to keep wiping my head, chest, arms and shoulders so it doesn't rain on her, trickle down to her snatch and cause her a stinging sensation. Goddamn - sex on Tren is the ULTIMATE cardio for me. I bet I burn 700 calories in 15-20 minutes of pounding, banging, thrusting and drilling. Hands down. If only my damn airways wouldn't get so restricted by the Tren.....

Excuse me for asking, but your wife doesn't mind the excessive perspiration caused by the Tren? Seems like most women would get really pissed off if you rained on them and they knew what the cause was. But then again, maybe your wife shits on most women in terms of wife material.

it would be alot less of a struggle for if you'd put your wife on top of you...
 
They way i always saw it was Enhancers. Supplaments. Diet and Training are like 4 wheels on a car. They all need to be moving to get to the where we want !
