okay i know you guys told me to take it easy the first few days, and i thought i was. after day 1 back&bi's there was pain but nothing i havent experianced in the past, day two legs- no pain, day three (friday) i did chest and tris. i was doing 4x12 with dificulty on the last few reps of each excercise. as to which excercises i did

well i pushed myself but not too hard and i knew i would feel it the next day, which i did. BUT i wasnt expecting it to go into sunday even worse. i can barely lift my arms to put my hat on. i know its supposed to hurt but is it supposed to be this excrutiating? normaly i wouldnt care but i go back to back$bi's tomarrow and it doesnt feel like its gonna stop hurting by then. to check if it would hurt to lift i decided to do a couple pushups to see if i could clech my fists through it. well i got to about two and a half before it was completely unbearable and i was at complete exhaustion. even out of shape i can easily knock out 50-60 push ups. whats the deal? maybe i didnt stretch well enough? could something be messed up? maybe im not drinking enough water (i drink lots). any body have any ideas, or maybe tricks of the trade to help ease the pain. the best i can do is eat tylonol like its a freakin meal.lol
