overtraining?

ive been doing the same routine for 3 weeks now..I still get sore after every workout..is this normal if im going up 5 pounds a week in each excersise.. or do you think its overtraining.?

Gotta post your stats, and the entire program. How long have you been training, age weight, diet, ect.
 
I seriously doubt you're overtraining. One of the main characteristics of overtraining is a decline in performance or at the very least plateauing. You seem to be progressing fine. Just being sore after your workouts doesn't mean you're overtraining.
 
That just means you're sore. Don't worry about it.

comeon, are u serious, soreness your complaining about when people train with major fucked up joints and shit on here. just train and ur in no way overtraining ever. are u on gear?

Sore or not, Just man up and rack the weights up. No pain no gain!

That's great that you are going up 5lbs every week. You are making good progress.:clapping: The soreness is normal..no worries.
