ive been doing the same routine for 3 weeks now..I still get sore after every workout..is this normal if im going up 5 pounds a week in each excersise.. or do you think its overtraining.?

Sore or not, Just man up and rack the weights up. No pain no gain!comeon, are u serious, soreness your complaining about when people train with major fucked up joints and shit on here. just train and ur in no way overtraining ever. are u on gear?
I have always heard there is no over training, just under eating!
