hi, although my diet is check, i have heard many claims by BBs that there is no such thing as overtraining only under nutrition, is there any kind of truth in this? i am not talking about eating 200 or 2 500 caloires a day, i tend to eat 22x my body weight in calories and have burned out even eating this amount, but wud you say the more food you eat the less chance you have to overtrain?
