Soooo....

Finally I have decided that my life is consumed by bodybuilding after living it for 7 years......I came to the conclusion that if I don't compete in a show, my life will not be complete so here we are...there is a show on march-19 and im about to start all the research I can on competing....I have one question for some people who know...right now im estimated to be 14% Bf at 217 pounds and 5'11 (almost 6'00) tall. Now do I have ANY chance of being 190 pounds at 4-5% bodyfat... ?? My biggest worry is that im not big enough and if I lean out that much..I dont wana look like a fool when I step on stage...Im all natural as well.

You've got 187 lbs of lean on you now. You only need to keep 181 of 'em to hit 5%. With the knowledge on this board, that shouldn't be a problem.

:)

thanks built, you are awesome, so i guess 185pounds is still big....My problem is that I spend half my day watching Jay cutler and then the rest of the day daydreaming about looking like jay cutler which is obviously not realistic...I should be happy at 185 and I will still look big ( I hope)

Cutler isn't natty.

Different universe. Different sport entirely.

lol, i know cutler is not natty....im just a huge fan of him, i will start "jewsing" when im 41

at your height you're gonna look small and lanky......i'd search now for poses that make you look wider and shorter and of course emphasize your best features staying away from poses that expose weak areas

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
also remember its your first show.... you wont be Arnold. Its just gettin up on that stage for the first time that will be the hardest part. Regardless of what place you get, you'll gain the experience for more shows in the future, as well as what to do for prep.
