no eran preguntas importantes solo preguntas ekiz..como que proteina ella cree que es la mejor y que opinaba de vegetales congelados, como no tengo tiempo para guisar los fresco jeje :D .......y tmb a ver que opinaba de mi dieta jeje :thumb:
 
trataste de hacer un search? lla existen unos threads de la comida congelada creo...


Fresher isn't always more nutritious, either.
The quick-chill methods used to preserve frozen fruits and vegetables seal in their high nutrient content. Those vegetables that end up in gorcer's produce section may have been picked well before they were ripe (and before their nutrients had fully developed) so they'd survive shipment. Or they sit there past their prime, leaking nutrients. the ripping process is just the begining stages of rotting, so its downhill from there.

So your generally as well of eating frozen as fresh...altho fram fresh produce has the highest concentration of vitamins and minerals.

A university of illinois study from the early 1990s found that frozen beans retained twice as much vitamin C as fresh beans purchased at a grocery store. At Arizona State University, an analysis showed that ready-to-drink orange juice can loose nearly all of its vitamni C content by the expiration date, while frozen OJ loses only about half by the time you mix it.

todavia no entreno esque me deportaron por andar de mamon...aqui estoy viviendo con mi tia y todavia ni me inscribo a ningun gym, pero nomas saco lisencia y aver donde me inscribo !!
