I am new to this forum and is my first post.. So please be kind ha...
Would like some insight on my hgh/slin protocol.... I have done my homework and no all the risk of taking slin. I am 27, 5'9 185lbs.
Im currently on 750mg test e, 50mg anadrol, 300mg deca, .5mg adex ed.
I am doing 6iu hgh. 3iu first thing in the morning and 3ius before bed.. I workout in the evening around 6pm and am doing my slin pre workout.. Post workout just doesn???t work well with my schedule..
Would like your opinion, this is what i am doing as of right now:
have a solid food meal (8 oz lean ground beef, 9 oz whole wheat pasta + veggies) an hour or 2 before injecting slin. I am using humilin R
30 mins before workout inject slin 10iu sub q
have shake #1
- 50g karbolyn, 20g protein, 5g bcaa, 10g glutamine, 5g creatine
during workout sip on shake #2
- 50g karbolyn,20g protein,5g bcaa, 10g glutamine, 5g creatine
after workout shake #3
50g karbolyn, 20g protein
hour after last shake have a soild meal.. (8oz lean ground beef and 7oz whole wheat pasta)
I am staying away from fat as much as possible while the insulin is active, i do not want fat gains..
What I would like to know is, is this protocol ok? Any help/suggestions would be
appreciated ... thank you..
