Ok i just installed a bar dip and pull up station. Because of my weight, using a wide grip with overhand grip, I can only pull myself once about eye heigths to the bar.
Here is my ? which do you feel would be better doing cable pulldowns with as much weight as i can do, or negitive pull ups
