I usually will look ahead and find a gym wherever I am headed. Problem is, I'm in a little crap town with nothing. Got in my work tonight, but it sucked. The cable station was broken, and I could move the pulley from about knee height. There also wasn't much I could do for bi's, so I ended up doing modified shrugs from the cables, then sitting on the floor and doing bi curls with the cables from the same spot. Oh well, maybe the diff angle is good. Did some chest presses, rows, pulldowns...not great, but something. Can't wait to be back home...Man, I hate this town.
