First of all, which is worse on a cut, sugars or fats (like from cheese, butter, red meat)? And how do you tell a "good" fat from a bad one?
Another side question. Is there any scale or something that is generally accepted when it comes to fat loss? Like i know they say you can put on up to a pound of muscle a week with the perfect conditions, is there a fat loss thing like that? I just want to make sure im not losing lbm on this cut, or at least not too much.
